TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CORPORATE CLIENTS

PARTIES

SHOUT 2020 LIMITED, incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 11703558, whose registered office is at Director General’s House, 15 Rockstone Place, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2EP (hereinafter referred to as “Shout”, “we”, “us”);

You, a legally incorporated and registered entity, referred to as “Client”, “you” or “your”.

Our Authorisation: We are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register reference 939202).

INTERPRETATION

TERM AND BECOMING A CLIENT

You may agree to this Agreement by checking the box online or by confirming your agreement via email.

SERVICES

We may provide Services as listed in Schedule 1. This may include issuing Electronic Money upon receipt of funds from you.

PAYMENT LIABILITY

If you fail to make payments due, we may charge interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the Website are owned by Shout 2020 Ltd or its licensors.

COMPLAINTS

If you are unsatisfied with our services, contact us at info@getshout.co.uk. You may also refer to the Financial Ombudsman Service at http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information except as required by law.

GENERAL

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of England.
